Is it possible to unite with other world governments on economic, political and social issues?
Answers: It takes time and a lot of diplomacy.

I wish it was possible, but I'm afraid that we are just too different from each other. I don't think we can identify with people from different countries with different ethnic backgrounds, customs, religions, laws, forms of government.........We are stuck in our own little safe worlds.
Nope because most countries hate America so much that it could never happen. They are all jealous because America is the beacon of truth, justice, freedom and success in the world...the rest are under developed countries.
Not in our lifetime. Would you rely on a Frenchman, Syrian, or North Korean to look out for your best interests?
It is possible and it is happening. Organizations like the U.N. were created for exactly that purpose. I think the notion is good, but only to a certain extent. I do not believe a one world government would ever work. Corruption, and sheer size and scope would be too much to handle.
It seems highly unlikely concidering everybody seems to think their method of governing, politics, economics, ect. is the best one.
we are already feeling the effects of a global market and america is dividing just like the world in to haves and have not's.
AS for social issues we need to ignor the rest of the world and let there people revolt and stay out of it.politics is the trade off of one nations wealth for the rich to exploit another nations lower standard of living by using there labor and natural resources and taking them for your own purposes.
SMALL governments are easy to manipulate into doing as america and other world leading investment nations want to exploit from the people .EVERY dollar america spends in foriegn aid comes back two and three fold not food aid but financial aid cause we swing deals to operate businesses that export goods and provide little or low wages compared to what is paid at home .THINK of your house as a small government the gross national product of your nation is what you earn.LOANS and credit cards are how you afford to live in a house you have not paid for and for clothes and cars you can not afford yet.YOU know how much money you make and just how far it will stretch.NOW you lose your job for two weeks but in the world it would be a draught or natural catastrophy or political disruption or war .NOW like you -you need some time to catch up but you have to feed the family put gas in the car and keep the lights on and the phone paid .pressure is applied to pay up your bills and if you could refinance then that would ease the pressure but the bank now wants 3% more then your current low intrest note because you have been naughty and slow to pay.with governments we bargin to build in your country a chemical plant that in america would cost hundreds of millions more to build because of safety concerns and epa regulations so you agree and everyone is happy but the people who live next to the stinking , water poluting plant.
SO in the long run everyone is screwed by governments when times are tough not the kind of place i enjoy living in.
