It's news when a white boy does it, it's just another day when a black boy does it.
The difference is the blacks just drive by and shoot, the white boys actually walk into the school. Also when it's the burbs it's a bigger deal than when it's the inner city schools.
By European American you mean just arrived, or just White Americans, I do not consider my self European American, just American. And the answer is white Americans don't it is just Isolated to a few kids, bulling is a very big problem now days, when I was in school that stuff did not happen, it is our fast pace life style and parents not taking time with their children.
