Answers: I believe our country is so divided that it will once again be another close race. Republicans are disenfranchised with the Bush administration and Democrats are trying to cater to the conservative voter because of it's powerful force. The smarter of the two political candidates should tout themselves as a moderate rather than a conservative or liberal. Politically, I believe a moderate will win the White House in 2008. Realistically, I belive a Democrat will win the White House in 2008, UNFORTUNATELY.
I hope the dems, DON'T win, but with all the fiascos going on in American and the world right now, and the Republicans, not taking care of the problems, I don't see how they can win...
God only knows what's gonna happen in the future.

Yes - the citizens are disgusted with the Republicans - Administration, House, and Senate. In 2006, the Democrats will take the House and Senate and depending on their performance in 2007 and 2008, they may take the White House in 2008 but the latter will depend a lot on the candidates - John McCain would be hard to beat when he doesn't face the George Bush dirty tricks brigade!!!!

I think the Dems will evin take mid term 2006 and get a sin-shere on Press Bush. The Dems will not make a realy efert to inpeach Bush becuss that Whould leave the Dick in charge.
The voting history of America is against the Republican Party and considering the perceived incompetence of the White House, the Democrats (if fair elections are allowed to take place) are almost sure to win.

Democrats won't defend our country abroad or at the border. Republicans are only doing a little better. Guess everyone is waiting for a nuke to go off somewhere, Israel or EU. Depends on which party steps up to the challenge and defends our country the best. 9/11 was much worse than Pearl Harbor, and with much less justification.
