Why do adults always think that kids don't know anything about polotics?
Question: I am a kid and I watch the news and listen to libarel radio yes I am a libaral and I read teen newsweek and the news paper so why can't I talk about polotics with out people like not taking me seriously?
Answers: Many of the smart people I know are kids and I listen to them every chance I get. Sorry about the foolish adults you have encountered.

When do adults think kids know anything about anything whether they do know alot or do not?

Because most kid's don't know anything about politics or understand the issues. You are to be commended for taking an interest - even though I'm very sorry to hear it's from a liberal point of view.
Because they can't even spell politics.
Because kids are easily swayed by media. Media (as well as academia) in this country sways to the left. So, it is difficult to take children seriously when their developing minds are influenced so tremendously by outside liberal sources. We'll take you seriously when you're older and can form your own uninfluenced ideas.
We were kids once too. As adults, we now know how much we didn't really know when we were kids. (even though we thought we knew everything)
And we were just like you saying the same exact thing you are saying now... take me seriously.
I take any well thought out opinion seriously, but as adults we sometimes forget what it was really like to be a kid and the struggle you go through to be heard.
Just remember not to do the same thing when you become us.

Because they have been around the block and set in their ways. The role of young people, like yourself, in politics is to challenge existing politics with new ideas and question the old ones. I don't see enough of that these days.
Because you can't spell the damn word correctly. POLITICS, you have to be a liberal when you are young because you pretty much get everything for free and never have to work. But when you have to work and live on a budget then you wake up and realize reality and the liberal BS gets knocked out of you and then you start thinking that if you have to pay for everything then everyone should have to pay for everything. Because I am here to tell you nothing is free and people who never have to pay for things think everything is free.
But My main point is that you can't spell politics so we don't give a shiit aout what you have to say about it. Stick to american idol and the o.c because busy people don't give a damn about those unimportant issuses.
