Do you believe the Media has an agenda along party lines in America ie. Fox News?
Answers: One fairly conservative network(Fox) amid all the other liberal networks. Give it a rest.
I believe every outlet everywhere has a bias. But an agenda? Sure, the agenda is to relate to the viewers to boost the ratings and by doing such increasing rates to advertisers.
No spin!
There are two lines of thought amongst Media critics and observers -- yes, liberal, and yes, conservative. Two good examples of these points of view are the books The Way Things Aren't: Rush Limbaugh's Reign of Error and Bias (by former CBS correspondent Bernard Goldberg).
Personally, I don't believe the Media *as a whole* has a single agenda, but there are definitely prejudices amongst the members of the media. They are, after all, human, and every human has a different point of view and a different value structure.

I don't think that most media has a bias... maybe very minor here or there... the only people that I hear crying that there is a bias are those that are extremely bias themselves and wouldn't know what not biased is.
I also think that people get opinion mixed up with news ... like in a newspaper there is an opinion page and of course it's going to be bias... that's what the function of the page is, to put things into perspective based on other believes... and a good opinion page should have views from both sides... some do a good job of that and some don't
Then there is the news... should be based on fact and interviews... but there are some that are more blatantly biased and they kind of ruin the bunch for everyone in the news I think...
