Are Dingy Harry and Nancy Pelosy Nut Cases?!?!?
Question: I remember reading when the California fires were initially blazing that Harry Reid told reporters that the fires were a result of Global Warming. ??? Wasn't it kids?? And doesn't California have forest fires EVERY year?!?!?!
Around that time, Nancy Pelosy told reporters that the fires were out of control, because there wasn't enough equipment, because.. (stutter) .. well the equipments in Iraq.
This sent the Media all over the place in support of their claims... it wasn't until the Governor and the people in charge of stopping the fires came out and said We are doing everything we can, and a GREAT job with more than enough equipment and a great American effort to stop the fires.
Why do these politicians try and scare the people into thinking things... it seems like they are trying to manipulate us into following their policies, and I think that's a sick way of doing it!
What are your thoughts? How can we stop these false claims from manipulating our general feelings and actions?
Answers: They are complete idiots. You have to have to be a fool to enjoy having these freaks in power. Hopefully the Repubs will put forth a strong candidate in Nevada and we can get rid of Reid like we did Dashhound. There's no helping San Fran twits though.....
Reid and Pelosi are green as far as PR. Neither probably expected to be in this high of a leadership position, especially Reid, and neither were under as high public scrutiny until now. Neither likely expected their immediate superiors, Dashcle and Gephardt, to leave within the same year, and then they would end up winning majority the next year. So they were in the right place at the right time for this but they still show their inexperience.
They just reflect the average liberal mentality.
they are continuing there tactics that won the mid terms for them , they blame all thats bad on bush and say nothing about how to fix it , but bush is bad and bush is this and hes that , but where are there solutions , who knows? i havent heard them
My favorite bit came out when those wealthy home owners had a chance to vote for increase in property taxes for beefing up the fire department they turn it down.
Now they want the rest of the nation to pay for them to get out of the hole they dug.

The weather patterns do have something to do with global climate change, much of the National Guard's equipment IS in Iraq.
The fires were much more numerous and much worse than normal. (California is a big state, so, yes, somewhere in the state there's at least one fire most years. The number and sizes of that set of fires was unusually bad.)
They must be trying the politics of fear that the neocons use so well. Let's face it, if people stopped and thought about the crap your camp puts out on a daily basis, the believability of the right would be at 34% os so. Oh yeah, it is. You righties are going down faster then Sen Craig in a men's room.
