Think about the above realities: 66 books, written by 40 different authors, over 1500 years, in 3 different languages, on 3 different continents. What’s more, this collection of books shares a common storyline- the creation, fall, and redemption of God’s people; a common theme- God’s universal love for all of humanity; and a common message- salvation is available to all who repent of their sins and commit to following God with all of their heart, soul, mind and strength . what is to say that the people who wrote the book of mormon wasnt the 4th continent . whats to say those books wernt left out like so many other books were in 1662 during the editing of all the different kinds of bibles.

In all fairness to the Mormons, some of the best advice i have ever gotten has been from them. I don't grudge them in any way. They were correct.
If you are a Christian conservative there is no way you can vote for Romney. The Mormon faith teaches that there is another bible that was found by a guy that could only read this Bible with special glasses that no one else could ever use. Mormon = Scientology
EDIT: sorry, The Dude, I guess Joe Smith found the last book that could only be read with special glasses and was on gold tablets that no one has ever seen but him. Joseph Smith = L. Ron Hubbard. Did I mention Joseph Smith was arrested and convicted repeatedly for con games and deception?
I was raised Mormon and I think they are overall great people, you dont have to worry about them shooting people or being drug atticts so anyone hating them should not because if everyone had similar traits this world would be a whole lot safer
as far as there beliefs, I firmly believe that they cannot answer certain questions on there beliefs and that really bothers me I have not been to church for 5 years or so and until they answer my questions straight foreword I will not. That is the problem with religion whenever there is a questions they cannot answer the answer is you have to have faith
Only those who have a personal relationship with Christ can know that it is not a cult. Everything, even atheism, can be described in terms of a cult. It is a round and round argument that accomplishes nothing and infuriates both sides. I would suggest that a person proclaiming they could not vote for Romney based on such shallow criteria is a voter not worth courting. Their bigotry won't stop with that.
I say look at what a person has done and accomplished in their public life as it pertains to their desire for higher office.
