I'd like to go webcasting in a dangerous environment, but i do not have a computer and all else. Who can help?
Question: i'm in zimbabwe and there are a lot of people with access to the internet, but no webcasters due to the reign of terror out here. The law makes it impossible for private individuals to to broadcast on air but there are no specific laws preventing webcasting and so i feel i have to do it.
