A question for whom had experience of jury duty?
Question: i went to jury duty today. after i said i am bias to certain people, they just told me to leave the court and will get summoned in 4 to 6 months again, but they did not take attendence, so how they know who is coming and who is not. why not i just dont go.
Answers: Why wouldn't you go? My job paid me for the 3 days I went,it was kind of fun or at least better than work, bring a book.
I you don't go there will eventually be a warrant issued for you. Go. Don't be a schmuck.

I don't know what state your in but in California you have to bring your jury summons to the courthouse and check in, then they put you in a jury pool adn call you to whatever courtroom they need a jury to be seated..
